Form W-2 - Wages or Salary Information

If you have received wages or salary from an employer, you should have received Form W-2.

Please look at the Form W-2, and fill in the necessary information in the Tax Software.

If you have not received the Form W-2, please contact your employer.

You have to file Form 1040NR-EZ, only of your Salary in the Year 2008, is more than $3,500.
